Reaching out for therapy and support is the hardest self-care task that anyone can take, and I first want to take a moment to reflect on this as you are taking your first step in seeking treatment. I graduated from Boston University School of Medicine with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine.
