I have years of experience working with young adults, parents/families, and educators to navigate the unique challenges each of these experiences can bring. I support clients in navigating life transitions, identity development, values clarity, emotion regulation, and shame resilience. I also work with clients on attachment-related relationship dynamics and challenges that stem from early childhood or other attachment injuries. By connecting in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space, clients are able to explore their internal worlds and gain clarity as well as a renewed sense of empowerment in their lives. I draw from ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), am advanced trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and also trained in EMDR.
