I am a Certified IFS therapist and I love sharing this model with people. I feel IFS is a paradigm change in how we view ourselves and how to facilitate healing. It is not regular "talk therapy" and you only have to be willing to try something new and to focus inside. I will help guide you and we will work collaboratively in this model. I also was trained recently in Presence Psychotherapy and I feel it adds a gentle support that helps the work go deeper.
