Hello! I love to work with children and teens with ADHD or Autism who may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or struggle to manage emotions and relationships. In a safe, supportive space, I use play therapy, talk therapy, and family therapy to help them build confidence, manage emotions, improve communication, and strengthen connections at home and school. Together, we work toward helping your child find their best selves, not just cope. I'm also basic trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help address trauma. I believe that by using their language and what makes sense to them, children can learn to express themselves and communicate better with the world.
