Parenting is HARD. Being a kid/teen is HARD. Sometimes a little help connecting, to others and to yourself, can make a BIG difference. I support individuals and families with goals of symptom reduction and relationship improvement, specializing in perinatal mental health, ADHD, and mood disorders. I typically work well with adults struggling with all stages of parenting, from infertility to postpartum to empty nesters, and all of the transitions in between. I also frequently work with children and teens struggling with anger and irritability, withdrawal and isolation, low self-esteem, and excessive worry. Whether you're experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression, or having difficulty managing your emotions or relationships, my goal is to support you in finding connections and increasing your understanding. Understanding of: self, others, and how your past experiences might still be impacting your present.
