I am glad you are here! Clients often come to me feeling chronically activated or anxious, stuck in painful relational patterns, or disconnected from their bodies. I enjoy supporting my clients' journey toward a greater understanding of and greater connection to themselves, more authentic self expression, relationships and inner strength. I work especially well with adults with high levels of anxiety; those who experienced traumatic events, including relational trauma and growing up in a complex family system; as well as those navigating grief.
