With over 20 years of social work experience, I have specialization in trauma as a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focused, and trauma-based Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and brainspotting techniques. I recognize that each individual has their own set of needs, and I will partner with you on your own journey to mental health and wellness.
