Are you stuck? Are you struggling with making or adjusting to change, in your life or in your own behaviors? Life comes with times of distressing and complicated feelings and sometimes contradictory or confusing thoughts or behaviors. Such times also carry great potential as an entry points to the layers of the self that we're taught to like or dislike, but not to relate to. I work from an analytic (Jungian) framework, emphasizing life as a dialogue between the conscious ego and the larger Self. I will help you learn to observe and listen for the Self, to create meaning and find direction from your story, and to change the way that you show-up in and respond to your life.
