I have been a privately practicing therapist for over ten years, and I hold a Ph.D. in Counseling. I have worked with a diverse array of clientele; ranging from adults, to children and teens, and with individuals and couples. The clients I have worked with have coped with a wide range of mental and emotional obstacles. My goal is always to come alongside my clients and facilitate their coping, healing, and growing, in the manner that works best for them. I always remind my clients that they are the ones doing the heaviest lifting in the room, and that I am an excellent spotter.
