I have over 15 years of experience working with adults and adolescents who suffer from depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, addictions and chronic pain. I am trained in both analytic and interpersonal Psychotherapy , as well as Somatic Experiencing. SE is a mind body approach to relieving chronic stress and trauma, and is incredibly effective and need not be long term. When life stressors occur, we often get stuck in old patterns of behaving that no longer serve us. I provide a very nurturing and compassionate space for you to move through these difficulties, and rediscover your more powerful authentic self.
