Hi there! I’m a Depth psychotherapist (Jungian-oriented), integrative medicine mental health provider, wellness consultant, & educator. I view therapy as fertile ground for cultivating self-awareness, transforming suffering into wisdom, and asking honest questions of ourselves & our lives. People come to me when they’re ready for meaningful change. Life might feel stagnant, without purpose, or they want to step into a fuller expression of themselves. Many are navigating post-traumatic growth, a spiritual or existential “Dark Night,” major life transition, or a sense that prior innerwork has plateaued & deeper integration is needed.
