Taking a closer look at a difficult experience takes strength and I appreciate your reaching out for guidance and support. Whether to manage a recent event, like a significant loss or transition, or to process an early issue that continues to impact your sense of worth, my role is to come to understand your experience and to externalize the issue so we can approach it in a way that is manageable. We will examine to what degree practiced coping strategies support current needs and we will call on strengths and supports that serve you. I will offer you information and strategies useful in developing a sense of wellbeing.
