I bring compassion, understanding, and clinical expertise to our therapy process. I'm inspired to help clients connect to their own internal strength and to find hope and healing from trauma, depression, anxiety, and significant life changes. I provide real tools for lasting change. I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. I do experiential work and provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My couples therapy approach incorporates both the Gottman Method and Relational Life Therapy.
