Therapy provides an outlet to explore and change aspects of life causing distress. It offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to talk through feelings and engage strengths to cope with change. I provide action-oriented, supportive, feminist, and person-centered psychotherapy. I am a bilingual (Spanish-speaking), bicultural therapist who understands cultural influences. I also provide comprehensive mental health evaluations for asylum, VAWA, U Visa, extreme hardship, or T Visa.
