Beginning therapy oftentimes generates a host of mixed emotions. I want clients to know they are seen and heard as we begin working together to create and address treatment goals. I see my role as a therapist as utilizing my skills to help clients recognize their strengths in order to be able to create a healthier, balanced life. I specialize in addressing anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, trauma and building communication skills. I utilize a variety of modalities including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing as tools to best help clients achieve their goals.
