I approach things differently, blending psychotherapy with intuition. I have extensive training in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as energy psychology. Some fundamental questions in our work together will be: how does fear control your life? what causes you to stay stuck in unhealthy patterns? Digging into these patterns is our launchpad. But tapping into your intuition and your higher self is a game changer. Fear will no longer be in charge of your mind. My passion is to help you connect the dots in your own life and really trust yourself. I specialize in areas of anxiety, depression, grief, and PTSD. I have extensive experience in counseling individuals ( and couples) with cancer, other life changing medical conditions, and near death experiences. I have specialized interest in treating male centered issues, including disconnection within marriage, infidelity, and male shame.
