Then, together we identify outdated stories and rebuild your relationship with yourself and the present moment. I work from a feminist, somatic, psychodynamic lens with training in yoga, mindfulness, and dance/movement therapy to support you in piercing through conditioning, opening possibilities, and connecting with the courage to create and accept change, both internally and collectively.
