As a therapist, my ideal client would be someone that is willing; willing to attend sessions regularly, willing to try new things, willing to engage and willing to explore their concerns. With that being said, I believe I am tasked with creating an environment that is safe for my clients to be able to show up and feel they can become vulnerable with me. Otherwise, I encourage my clients to come as they are with whatever concerns they have and we will work together to improve on their goals.
