Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, addiction, or trauma, I would love to help. My goal as a therapist is to connect with my clients on a personal level and to provide them emotional support partnered with useful feedback. In doing so I would be walking along side each client through their life journey to achieve tangible change and ultimate healing that they desire to experience. It is my honor to be a part of this process with each client. With compassion, empathy, and understanding, I work toward healing, change, and growth with each client in the hopes that they can reach a sense of self satisfaction in their life. I have a great passion for connecting with others, specifically individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma, as well as couples and families to increase communication. My goal in working with you will always be to help you reach your goals.
