My role is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether you’re facing a loss, struggling with depression or anxiety, or navigating changes in your family, relationships, or career, I’ll work with you to help you meet your goals and build the life you deserve. My clinical interests include depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, relationship challenges, infertility, postpartum, parenting, addiction, recovery, and life transitions. I also specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) an evidence-based approach for processing trauma and provide dedicated support for first responders.
