I offer both traditional general therapy and sex therapy, with a current focus in my practice on treating sexual pain disorders (such as dyspareunia and vaginismus), anxiety about sex, coping with low desire in self or partnership, building sexual & relationship security and confidence, and coping with stress brought on by relationship difficulties including: finding a dating partner, moving in together, managing conflict, balancing household responsibilities fairly, break-ups/divorce, and exploring an open-relationship.
