I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, fostering self-discovery and personal growth. My specialization lies in working with adult clients who have experienced various forms of trauma, including but not limited to: Complex Trauma, Childhood Trauma, PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), and Interpersonal Violence.
