I have worked in the mental health field since earning my Master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2012. My approach is authentic, compassionate, and client-centered—I meet people where they are, both emotionally and mentally. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief and loss, and everyday life stressors. Supporting clients as they grow and gain insight into themselves is one of the most meaningful parts of my work. In therapy, you will learn practical tools and strategies to better understand your symptoms and develop healthier ways of coping.
