My passion lies in supporting individuals with cancer or chronic illness, caregivers carrying invisible mental and emotional load, and those facing anticipatory grief or bereavement. I also work with clients managing anxiety, depression and stress related to caregiving roles, family dynamics and life changes. My approach is warm, relational, and practical. Together, we focus on making space for difficult emotions, strengthening coping skills and helping you reconnect with meaning, values and a sense of self and control during uncertain and painful seasons of life.
