My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, accepting, and open environment for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgement. I seek to understand each individual's goals for therapy, and help them to build upon their skills and knowledge to achieve a state of healing and growth. Life presents us with a number of challenges, and I view the therapeutic relationship as powerful alliance in assisting clients in navigating through these transitions. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, and I provide both individual and couples therapy.
