Hello and welcome! My name is Jennifer. I work with both adults and couples. I offer support, empathy and validation of my client's feelings, concerns and needs. My areas of focus are issues with: relationships, divorce, establishing self esteem and self worth, and healthy boundaries, as well as dealing with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, infertility, and family issues/parenting. My approach is to bring structure, solutions, and changes needed to achieve overall health and happiness. I want my client to feel empowered to achieve their goals and make the positive life changes they hope to achieve!
