The heart of my practice is developing a safe, warm, and trusting therapeutic relationship. I offer a strength-based approach while meeting the needs and preferences of each client. For 10+ years, I have supported teens and young adults with multiple clinical disorders including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, suicidality, self-harm, school avoidance, family/relationship conflict & more. I am a strong believer in the power of collaboration and connection and hope to offer you a space where we will work together using your strengths to achieve your social, emotional, behavioral and therapeutic goals.
