My style isn’t about quick fixes or sugarcoating, it’s about getting honest, going deep, and learning to trust yourself again. I work with people who feel a little “too much” or “not enough,” those who are burned out, cracked open, or just tired of pretending everything’s fine. We’ll tune into your body, listen to what it’s really trying to say, and work with the parts of you that’ve been carrying the weight for too long.
