I bring a warm demeanor, inquisitive nature, and playfulness to therapy. I have experience working with individuals and families across all stages of life, from infants to adults. I specialize in addressing trauma, attachment disruptions, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges within families. In my life before private practice, I worked in the Ventura County foster care system, helping kiddos and their families cope with new challenges and thrive in their environment. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, creating a supportive environment where clients can safely explore and process their emotions.
