Hi, and welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist offering play-based counseling to children; parenting support & adult psychotherapy. I provide Child-Centered Play Therapy interventions to children, respecting their therapeutic process, giving them the freedom to work at their own pace to heal. Parenting support is also offered, providing tools & interventions to strengthen the parent-child relationship. In addition, I provide Individual therapy to adults struggling with emotional pain and stress. I will be the emotional guard rail to support your journey as you gain the courage to heal from within.
