Hello! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a passion for helping my clients heal strained relationships with themselves and others. My specialization is in relationships and attachment, and I work with individuals wanting to improve any type of relationship in their lives. In couples therapy, we will work on increasing understanding and empathy and strengthening communication. In Individual work, we will identify and reprogram core wounds that negatively impact your life! I work with clients with insecure attachment styles, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and spiritual issues. I will not solely treat unwanted symptoms with coping skills, but will assist you in addressing the underlying belief system that is driving the symptoms through the lens of Attachment Theory and Emotion Focused Therapy.
