It is not uncommon for people to have moments in their lives when they are feeling stuck and unable to move forward. I help individuals who come in feeling anxious, depressed or overwhelmed, to develop insight and new skills in order to thrive rather than just survive. I am also a Certified Family and Couples Therapist. I help couples who arrive struggling to get their needs met or resolve hurt or ongoing conflicts. Through our work together, couples are able to develop greater empathy, repair wounds, and improve intimacy and communication.
