Life can hold many joys and its share of challenges, struggles and adjustments for anyone. It is an honor to walk alongside individuals who are seeking to grow in their personal understanding, self-awareness and make appropriate, personal changes in their lives and relationships. Whether it is discovering next steps for a new season of life, grieving the loss of a loved one or unexpected life changes, or working through depression and anxiety. I provide in office and virtual sessions to meet individuals right where they are to work toward the personal goals they have for themselves. It is brave work to enter therapy, and I utilize a variety of techniques such as cognitive behavioral, attachment and dialectical therapies to work with others.
