Hi, I'm Jen. I am the Owner of Blossom Counseling, a completely virtual private practice. With nearly a decade of experience in the counseling field, I have a passion for supporting individuals diagnosed with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, depression, as well as women with perinatal/postpartum mood disorders. Self-compassion is woven into every therapeutic intervention, delivered to individuals from the comfort of their own homes. My work is dedicated to allowing individuals to feel free from mental health symptoms, as well as able to live their life aligned with their values.
