I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I provide specialized services to adolescents and young adults ages 12 to 25. Additionally , I enjoy working in areas of women's issues and women's counseling. I work with individuals who are seeking therapy for help with anxiety, self-esteem, managing stressors, coping with life transitions and managing relationships. I am here to assist along your journey to healing and becoming your most authentic self. First session, I gather more information about your reasons for seeking therapy, what you would like to get out of our time spent together in therapy. Gather background information about current coping skills, past experiences with therapist and what has been effective and not helpful.
