Life is difficult, is the opening sentence in the book, "The Road Less Traveled" and in so many ways truer words have never been written! Life truly can be difficult and challenging and each person faces unique struggles that can feel overwhelming and often times confusing. What we often need is the opportunity to process and explore the thoughts, feelings and experiences that create feelings of depression, anxiety, loss, loneliness, and fear. Looking at these areas that cause pain or difficulty allows us to open ourselves to the opportunity for growth and change and to move towards living a more full and meaningful life.
