Jennifer (Jenny) Rose Most, LCSW, earned her MSW from Rutgers University with a focus on Spirituality and Aging, and her BA in Theater Arts from Rutgers’ Mason Gross School of the Arts. She specializes in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, emotional regulation, and relationship issues. Jenny uses CBT, DBT, mindfulness, expressive arts, and trauma-informed care. She works with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples, offering culturally competent support. Jenny creates a safe, empowering space where clients can explore their stories, find their voice, and move forward in their healing journey. I strive to create a safe, authentic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered, accepted, and heard. With empathy and respect, I support each person’s unique healing journey and honor their path toward growth and hope.
