Navigating life's twist and turns is difficult on its own but add in anxiety and/or depression and it can be overwhelming. It's not something that you have to tackle alone, allow me to accompany you on this journey through life. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also enjoy working with people going through life's transitions whether that's going to college, getting married, having a child, or any transition that you might be going through.
