Jennifer Mott is a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Jennifer graduated with her undergraduate degree from Nazareth College and then continued on to get her master’s degree from SUNY Oswego in Mental Health Counseling. Before coming to LifeStance Health, Jennifer worked with both children and adults in various matters surrounding the foster care system. Jennifer uses a person-centered approach while incorporating various techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy. Jennifer works in both the Millbrook and Yorktown Heights offices.
