I tend to work mostly with adolescents (ages 12-22), though please feel free to reach out as I work with all ages! My clients tend to be working through issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity development. I am intensively trained in DBT and often bring those skills into session, though it is not required, and we can certainly discuss what approach feel best.
