I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience, licensed in IL, IN, and CO. I specialize in trauma/ PTSD, and also work with adults navigating anxiety, grief, and life transitions. My clients include trauma survivors, first responders, medical professionals, and adults dealing with the full range of life’s challenges, big or small. Whether you're new to therapy or returning after some time, I believe that finding the right therapist is a vital part of the healing process. Your reasons for seeking support are unique and personal, and therapy can be a powerful step toward clarity, growth, and meaningful change I’m trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), two evidence-based trauma treatments, and use various therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs. Before private practice, I spent years in the ER conducting psychiatric evaluations, enhancing my ability to support adults in crisis and high-stress situations.
