In my practice, I provide mental health therapy for individuals and families with specialty in trauma/complex trauma, attachment, grief/loss and adoption. I value coming alongside clients by providing support and empathy while also equipping them with tools for healing and success. I tailor therapy sessions to meet the needs of each individual and family, with a holistic perspective. I believe the client/therapist relationship is foundational to the healing process and while I am trained in advanced modalities; this connection remains a priority in my practice as a facilitator of change.
