There is a lot that happens throughout our life that can cause overactive responses in our nervous system. These are called the fight, flight, freeze, etc. responses. These influence the states of anxiousness, sadness, depression, collapse, panic and more. We live in these states thinking that we may always feel this way or this is who we are. In reality, you have the ability to have a regulated nervous system and have access to calm, clarity, confidence, courage, and the 8C's of self-energy (taught by Internal family systems). I am available to support and guide you through this profound healing process I am a certified EMDR clinician with training in Polyvagel Theory and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP). My clinical approach integrates evidenced based trauma interventions with a neuropsychological understanding of regulating your autonomic nervous system. I utilize EMDR, somatic strategies, SSP, & IFS to support adaptive functioning with growth & healing.
