Welcome. My approach to therapy revolves around insight, empowerment, and making meaningful changes in life. My areas of specialty include: calming anxiety/stress, overcoming traumatic experiences, processing grief, and managing chronic illnesses. My style is personable & warm and I believe in a collaborative approach where we work together to create the desired changes in your life. I blend a variety of therapeutic modalities based on what will be the most helpful for you, and I particularly enjoy utilizing mindfulness and somatic based approaches.
