Many of my clients say they feel stuck and overwhelmed by life's chaos. Struggling with pervasive anxiety, help/hopelessness, stress or fear; they want some relief. As an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor, I compassionately, yet directly support my clients by exploring values, patterns, strengths & struggles while also identifying new ways to 'be.' I have extensive experience in complex family dynamics, ADHD and with HSPs. All of these factors inevitably influence our sense of self-worth, how we show up in life and in relationships. I'd love to help you untangle and address why we KNOW better, but struggle to DO better.
