Life is full of challenges and I want to help my clients work through them to find their best lives ever. Where ever you are on life's path, I can walk with you during this search for answers to life's problems. You are not alone. I provide a safe environment for you to work out your specific need. No two people are alike, and no client is alike. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress, as well as life adjustments, and stress management. I utilize an integrative approach including CBT, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Play Therapy. I have late hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I participate in most insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare. I have a sliding scale fee for those who are uninsured. I provide e-therapy sessions scheduled at your convenience.
