I would love to work with teenagers and adults that might be struggling with life transitions, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Caretaker responsibilities and challenges, self-help, relationships, PTSD from family trauma/family of origin issues, and low self-esteem/direction/confidence. My philosophy comes from a client-centered approach where we would work as a team on your goals and needs.
