My goal is to provide a safe, affirming space that allows you to grow, challenge, and heal so that you can live your life with authenticity, joy, and loving relationships. I am sex positive, body positive, gender affirming, and embracing of all spiritual, sexual orientation, and lifestyle communities and an ally to all who want to exist in a loving and open hearted world. My work has been focused on helping others find emotional stability, process trauma, work through transitions in relationships and identity, and engage meaningfully in processing grief and loss. I use strengths based interventions and challenge the habits and patterns that hinder your efforts to engage in your life in a satisfying and authentic way.
