While all of us experience life's ups and downs, it can be difficult and even overwhelming to find the path through by yourself. The journey does not have to be a lonely one. I am committed to supporting you, your teen, and/or your family move beyond feeling stuck and hopeless. Whether you are a survivor of abuse or trauma, worried about your child, experiencing a painful loss, or find yourself repeating unwanted behaviors. I understand and am here to help you find your way to the life you desire. There are many useful therapeutic tools and skills I use, that are proven to help process trauma or help alleviate mental health struggles. However, I feel that being able to connect, trust, and be vulnerable with your therapist is the most important. This is why it is my intention to create a sense of safety and connection in my office environment.
