With over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, young adults & their families, I bring compassion, humor, & evidence-based therapeutic strategies to support individuals in finding clarity, balance, & fulfillment in to their lives. My background includes working in a range of settings- outpatient rehabilitation programs, schools, overnight camps, & private practice. This diverse experience has given me deep insight into the evolving challenges facing today's youth & their families.
